Q: What is the "Magic link" option and how does it work?
A: Rather than sign on with a password, you can enter your member email and click the "Magic link" button. Within a few minutes, an email will arrive at that email address with a link you can click to directly access your courses and other products--no password needed!

Q: I'd like to cancel my membership. How do I do that? And do I get a refund?

Having trouble logging in or an issue accessing your courses?
If you have a tech support issue or bug report, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email you subscribed with
- What kind of computer or phone you're using (e.g., iPhone, Android phone, Mac, PC)
- What browser you're using (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- A detailed description of what happened and what you're seeing.
For fastest, best assistance, we recommend creating a video showing the issue. It's not required, but it really helps us find the problem much faster. If you'd like to do this, Loom is a screen-recording service that has a free tier where you can sign up and make some videos for free, then share the link with whoever. This is a GREAT way to clearly demonstrate any issues. You can sign up for Loom here.
